Custom Design
Duff's Fine Jewelry specializes in custom jewelry designs to help you create jewelry that is uniquely yours. We work with both Computer Aided Design (CAD) and wax carving. CAD custom pieces include a computer rendered image of your new piece of jewelry as well as a plastic mold to see prior to the creation of your final piece. You will be included in every step of the process to ensure that you are pleased with your custom design. Wax carvings are handmade by our master jeweler in the old tradition of jewelry design.  Appraisals
Duff's Fine Jewelry offers quality appraisals with all jewelry purchases within the store. Customers may bring in previously owned jewelry for appraisal as well. At Duff's, we recommend that all of our customers ensure their fine jewelry with an "all risk" policy with their insurance company of choice, or with Jeweler's Mutual.
All jewelry appraisals include a detailed description of the item, a color photograph of the item and an appraisal value. When bringing items in for appraisal. we ask that you bring any prior appraisals. certifications, and paperwork on the items to be appraised.
Watch Repair
Duff's Fine Jewelry offers watch repair for all brands and styles of watches. All watch repairs are performed by a certified Rolex repairman. We recommend that all fine watches be cleaned at least once every three years. Please bring in your inoperable and unreliable watches for a repair estimate. Watch repairs include a one year warranty on the repaired elements. All watch repairs are satisfaction guaranteed.
Trade-In
Duff's Fine Jewelry strives to ensure that you are pleased with your entire jewelry collection. With this in mind, we offer trade-ins on any unwanted jewelry you might own towards a piece that you will be pleased to wear. We welcome you to bring in all of your unwanted or unworn jewelry and allow one of our jewelry professionals to help you find a way to modify your jewelry. Whether it be through remounting or trading in, we strive to bejewel you in a way that makes you feel and look your best. |
